Supermarkets / Places that Take Credit Cards?

The big supermarkets in District 2 take cards.  Annam Gourmet and the big An Phu supermarket opposite.  I would imagine that Annam in central D1 does also.

Mostly to the more upscale restaurants takes cards but that only accounts for 1% of your options.

This is still a very cash based economy.

pretty much agree with James, there a lot of places that take cc, but mainly downtown more expensive places.
Not all of them that advertise take them either, so don't be fooled by any signs you may see.

Citimart, usually take them.

Nguyen Kim takes them and know how to use chip n pin, unlike some of the other places I've tried

Some taxi's take them too.


But generally cash is King here and will be for a long time yet.
