hi all, who dose one call for help when on the water? is sea tow or something like that handy???

Hi I am a sea tow captain and have been thinking about starting one when I move there, but not sure if there would be enought people that would sigh up.

Has nobody ever had a emergency,or know of someone who did? is there a coast guard or something else who is called when you run aground,out of fuel,loss of power,blocked filter, prop failure, etc.etc.???
