I need all of your guidance and help.
I'm Goutham. I have completed my Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering with 95% of marks in India, and working here in Dubai, as a Site Engineer in a construction company.
I'm eager to move to Germany. If I come there in a tourist visa, can I get a job there?
Kindly guide me.

You can visit Germany, apply for jobs and conduct interviews on a tourist visa, but you cannot work.
Work visa are only given to non-EU-citizens if there's a lack of EU-citizens that can do the job (and must be preferentially employed). Do you have such niche skills that are rare in Europe?
