Be careful if you are thinking of working in Bangkok.

There is a process of paperwork to be done for the right visa

You can always travel on a business Visa whilst looking for work, this is the easiest Visa. Your best bet will be to find a company interested in hiring you prior to travel, then ask them to send you a form inviting you to work for them. you can then apply for a B visa, you will get 1 year which you can use to find work, you will also need this to apply for a Work permit.

The best way for you is getting a job before moving to Thailand then your employer will make you a visa and work permit.
Otherwise, there are two options for your visa:
- Tourist visa 6 months with double entries. They will give you 2 months entry and 1 month extension in Thai Immigration Office, then you have to exist the country to borderland to come back with another 3 months.
- 1 year ED visa by applying for a Thai course, an option is online course if you don't want to go to class.
If you are interested in 1 year ED visa then I can offer you a support.
