A friend has asked me if US nurses can work in Cuenca and if so what is the pay like, any ideas....thx

What would the US gov have in Ecuador. Do you know the pay rate for the nurses employed by locals? thanks

The US government has an Embassy there and there are groups such as the CDC and USAID there as well. I dont have any info on the local stuff though.
