This is gross? You need to ask for a net net (after you pay health insurance and extra pension etc). They have a strange way of calculating the taxes. Normally if you are single, you pay at that mount around 55% taxes and you have you get 13,9 salaries - 13th salary and holiday. But since you have 3 kids you will pay way less - as far as I know with 3 kids, you get extra 10 k per year deducted from taxes. And if your wife is not working, you get more tax reduction. So fair is to ask the company to give you the net salary. I don't think it's very helpful what I am saying right now... just ask the company to tell you how much you make net per month - and not to include the 13th and the 14th salary in the calculation. They tend to be extremely sneaky over here.
