Planning to relocate to Medinah, Saudi arabia

I am an Electrical Engineer working in a good position in an Oil & Gas E&P company in Pakistan with an experience of 12 years, and my wife is a specialist dermatologist, she is also working in a good hospital here in Karachi, Pakistan. In short we are enjoying a good resonable life in Pakistan.
But now due to some reasons, we are planning to relocate to Medinah, Saudi arabia. My wife has got a job in the Ministry of Health, Saudi Arabia in Medinah. What are the overall prospects of job for me in medina. I intend to find preferably for a job in government sector. What are the chances to get a job in medinah, both in a private or public sector. Also give an idea about good schools for my daughters? I've heard that there are no proper schools there. We are desparate to move to this city because of the religious point of view.Plz Help us in this regard, as we have to take the decision soon.
