Don't know if it helps, but "Obaid" may be the Obeid hospital, an easy landmark to find. GPS, map, and address:

nothing on that map correlates with anything on googel maps.

can you point on google maps?

You should be able to click on the "powered by google" in the lower left corner of the map and have it pop into a new window with the GPS in Google maps proper.
