I think that you should be looking for a qualified TEFL or CELTA teacher that has studied phonetics. Failing that, someone from England that understands the way that you would like to speak English. England has hundreds of accents that are distinguisable by locals for often as little as 5 or 6 miles.
Looking for a Londoner for elocution lessons for me implies you would like to speak with a London accent, which again there are many of.
