Hi,
Please advise if one under a tourist visa to Bahrain, can he exit from Bahrain to fly to dubai? A company in dubai offered and issued an employment visa, or he is required to go back to Philippines on or before the expiry date of his visa?

You can fly to anywhere you want as long as you have a visa to the destination country - in this case it is the UAE and you have a visa so don't worry.
