At 200k, can do Dasmarinas pr Bel air for a house, or Pacific Plaza Towers/Essenza/One Roxas for condos. PPT, Essenza/1 roxas are the big 3 and by far the nicest and safest condos. 330square meters. I would go straight to the agencies and skip the hordes that will now deluge you with services.
