Hey Everyone!

I am lookign for a master program in Rio de Janeiro, or other city in Brazil, in shipping or international business.I could study in english or portuguese. Does anyone know any cheap or free of charge university?

I m planning on starting next year Januarry or September 2014.

Please help!

Hello. Any federal university offers several master programs and it is for free, I am not sure if you would qualify for a scholarship, beeing a foreign student, but usually they have scholarships available. You could try to find a master in some private university and pay for your program, but I dont see the point, since federal universities are way better than privates. You probable will need to get your diploma and transcripts evaluated before you apply to a master, but you could just ask the university how you could do that.
