How to apply for family immigration to Norway?

Hello, my husband is from Norway,And i am from Montenegro we got married in Montenegro, we are living here for half a year. He got a job in Norway, and we are moving to Oslo in early March. If someone has experience please answer me- Should I start the amplification from Montenegro or can I do it when I get to Norway?
Which documents I need and so on...

Hello !! i suggest that you prepare all your documents before coming to Norway that will make it much easier for you , you can check all documents that you need on this website ( http://www.udi.no/) its the immigration service website you can get all the information that you need , but the most important thing is to check if you are allowed to apply from Norway that is up to where you come from , best regards Mohammad Dabour

I've checked and it seems that I have to apply from the Norwegian Embassy in Belgrade :)

What about the documents when applying for family imigration vida (the copies) . Shoud I bring the original documents first to apostile stamp and then make a copies or
-to make first copies of the original documents and then to bring them to put an apostile stamp(the copies to ha e original stamp not copy of the stamp)
If you can understand my question ☺
