Is there a possibility of investing in stocks/mutual funds while working overseas. Citisec is possible if you have already opened a bank account that they specified as a requirement.
But what if you wasn't able to do so? Finding a branch overseas is difficult.

H! You can do everything online. You can send fund in your bank account in the Philippines then use it to fund your Citisec account just like what I do. Just make sure that your bank in the Philippines has online banking so you can monitor your transactions.
