This is so gross a news! It is difficult to understand the people, in these modern times still believe in this things. The police should not let the culprit got away with these.

I have seen people in the highlands hack each other to death with machetes and axes. Spear each other, kill with bow and arrows and shoot each other.
It is lawless place with clans pitted against clan due to the pay back system of summary justice.
