Need help about looking for job in ho chi minh city

hi everybody!!!
I'm female and 23 years old. I just finished my major about construction at architecture university. And i will have my certificate of civil engineering on April.
I got 5 point of Ielts. My speaking and my listening is quite good  I'm looking job on the internet also. Vietnamese and foreign companies with me now is ok for learning and finding experience for my self.I had some experiences about how team works, shipping and office papers when i had internship at CST foreign company and how to read the drawing as well at one Vietnamese company. My strong point is i can learn fast and active at work. Good communication in English and Vietnamese   
As you guys know the economy goes down a bit in Vietnam right now so difficult for anyone is finding a job at the moment. Special for someone haven't had truly experience. If you know any information about a job which i can apply, please help!!!
