Depends of course, what for.
In case you are simply trying to hitch-hike, there are sites like this:

The german term is 'Mitfahr[t]gelegenheit', lots of sites out there (some annoying, as registration is required)
Hungarians in Vienna (obviously there are lots of them) have, of course, email-lists, iwiw or facebook groups, search 'bécsi magyar ...'
after 5 sec on facebook, I found this perhaps the easiest way- post a msg here:
