which part of salcete it is?The distance from the nearest beach? Knowing that might help.Know some expats who have settled in North for keeps and have opened acfe and doing business.There are some who express the desire. but why expats only is it for more money or for safety of no squatting/vahivat?Anyways all the best as you have casted the net wide.

Its in a cillage called Chinchinim very charming .... no restriction for expats everyone is welcome but I am looking at long term
Its 6 kms from the nearest beach which is the gorgeous Fatrade white sands and not far from Cavelossim
