I am female, just moving to Saigon due to work.
Use to based in Hanoi before, I'm about renting a luxury 4 stars apartment in District 11.
New building, brand new contemporary design furniture, located on 20th floor, wifi, kitchen, laundry room, facilities included 24 hours security, indoor swimming pool, library, gym, parking. Shopping centre located inside the building.
Looking for flatmate (prefer female).

Living high has it's risks.

Power failures means water runs out more quickly than lower down and climbing those stairs can be a pain. Emergency generators often don't start!

Sure, this`s true ! looking at last case in this city , a French guy fallen down from level 9 in Tan Binh dist by himself, I actually know his name is Alex, employee at CSC company.... in other hand, it take time to walk up stair or permanent using elevators with at least some electric shocking..it`s normal here but nice view :D
