I dont know exactly where to post this so if Im in the wrong place, please accept my apologies ahead of time. My fiance lives in wantage not far from oxford and I currently live in the US. We will be marrying in the states in May. We both want to be able to go back to England together after the wedding. Do I need one visa or two? A tourist visa and then a spousal visa? How exactly do we do this? Thanks
