Can a teacher expat have a second job (part time) in Kuwait?

regarding your inquiry , actually it's not allowed to have a part time job as long as you have a contract with a company
But , if you have a government contract , then you can work part time in the same field ,
if you are a teacher you can work as private tutors in house
in case of you want to work in a different field , you can do this but it won't be legal
however , i know many persons working in two different fields 
but they can adapt ,, just try not to be caught
