There are 100s of threads by new members asking for same.. but I see hardly any of them getting thru the real stuff.
To socialize, you have to become a host first.. be active on forum make people enjoy your company and then you can invite people on lunch / dinner..
if you live in a compound, you can act as a Magnet btw :-)
