Entry Visa to Sri Lanka

How does an Entry Visa appears on the passport ? As per my observation after visiting the 'High Commission of Sri Lanka in Islamabad, Pakistan', i noticed that the High Commission has just one Stamp with the title (Visit Visa for Sri Lanka) and all applicants (either for job / study purposes and with prior approval of  Dept. of Immigration & Emigration, Colombo) gets the same stamp on passport.

The only difference comes when in S. No. iii) of the stamp (For a Single Journey ....), they wrote Visit or Entry. Is it like this ?

The last time when I got my Visit Visa stamped on arrival at the Bandaranaike International Airport, my passport got a little white stamp stickered on one of the pages, along with a seal. I don't recollect what it said though.
