Good deal for a person at your level. Just be aware of the pros and cons of working in the Middle East before you make a career-track changing decision.

Life, culture and professional growth in the Middle East are far different from other countries.  No idea which country you come from, but you need to know especially career path.  Dubai as a city is a great place for all nationalities and cultures to live peacefully.  However this may not be a launching pad for future career for many professional categories.
