Greetings,
I currently live in the US but, am making plans to start a full service Real Estate Firm in Ecuador (Pacific Coast). This would be a franchise of a major Real Estate Co. here in the US.
Am I nuts?

You may want to live here for a year or so before commiting sums of money and time. Real estate is run here very differently in Ecuador than in the states. Sellers don't want to pay commissions nor do the buyers. Besides that no one can find the keys.

As per my views, Real estate investment business is better than the other businesses. In these business, you can do you own investment and you can easily make your own property also.
