Hi there! My fiance is in AMsterdam and I am traveling there with our dog in about 2 weeks. We need a place set up ASAP and would GREATLY prefer utilities inclusive, if possible. We are not picky at all about size or other requests other than it is walking distance to shops. We would like to stay under 1200 inclusive. Furnished or unfurnished is fine.
