Safe neighborhoods in Paris

Hello every one:

I am moving to Paris at the first of December, and I found these apartments,in theses addresses,

1. BOULEVARD MARCEL SEMBAT, 93200 SAINT DENIS
2. 14, RUE DES FRERES CHAUSSON, 92600 ASNIERES SUR SEINE,
3. 3, RUE AIME CESAIRE, 93400 SAINT OUEN
4. 44, AVENUE DU MARECHAL JOFFRE, 92000 NANTERRE

can you please provide me with your opinion, is these neighborhoods safe, and which one is the best.

Personally I prefer the first choice as it is much cheaper than the others.

Hello Leen

I think that the apartment in Saint-Denis is the best located because it is not too far from Paris and it is located in a quite peaceful area of Saint-Denis.
