Vacancy search for multi-lingual job seeker

Hi to everyone,
I am brandnew to the forum and would like to know more about Dubai. I am currently living in St Lucia, West Indies but would like to start working in Dubai from February next year since the job market here is getting really difficult. I speak German and English fluently and have medium level Spanish and French skills. My current position is FF&E Manager at a 5 star hotel development site (coordination and procurement of furniture and fixtures) but I also have experience in customer service and sales. I am a certified foreign language hostess with cross cultural training. Would it be very difficult for someone like me to find a job in Dubai?
