Hi ! Indian driving license is valid in Ghana ? how difficult is to get a driving license in Ghana ( Accra ) ?

It is not difficult. You take your driving license to DVLA and after going to a variety of different offices you come out with a temporary license and can pick up the plastic one a couple of months later. It took me an afternoon to get mine.
