No you dont. Just go to the Driving School. Register yourselves, have a blood and eye test done. And go back on the date they tell you to take the written test and driving test. All goes well you will have your license the same day. No other documents other than Iqama and previous driving license(if you have one) is required.

Depending if you already have a drivers license or not, you can skip the classes.
