English Lending Library?

Nbuke in East Legon has a small children's library where the children can read but not sure if they can borrow the books.
I know of book exchanges but not lending libraries. You might find something at the University.

What is book exchange?? I left all my books back in India hoping to find new ones here...But since new books are very expensive I would like to weigh the options available...or is there someplace i can buy second hand books? thnx, your help is very much appreciated..

I have bought a few at various yard sales and other events. You could look on accraexpat.com for people who are selling things. There is a flea market on Sat and you might find some there
