It is certainly closer to North America but jobs are hard to find and pay is very low.

what skills would help me find a job? how is IT/ Hospitality industry's? is it mandatory to speak local language( assuming Spanish to be local language)
also how is the cost of living, per person in US$?
how difficult would it be for me to obtain a visa, work permit, being an Indian?
and which country among the central america is best, panama, costa rica, does dr have any advantage over other countrys???
