i have an offer to work in muscat.i am 2 years of experience.will be married in one year and it will come to live with me.the details of the offer is as below:
Grade: M1

Status : Bachelor - Single.

Basic Salary:  RO 325/-   (Rial Omani Three Hundred and Twenty Five only) per month.

Probation Period:Three months from date of joining. This agreement can be terminated by either party by giving 7 days notice during probation period and by giving 30 days notice thereafter. The party who serves the notice shall bear the air passage expenses.



Contract Period:Two years from date of joining. Renewable, at the discretion of the company.

Leave:   30 days, with pay, for every completed year of service.

Passage:For joining employment, economy class air ticket from nearest home country International airport destination that flies to Muscat for self. Thereafter, economy class return air passage from Muscat to Cairo, on completion of every 12 months of service, for self.

Accommodation: A suitable furnished bachelor (sharing) accommodation will be provided as per Co. rules or Grade specific HRA can be availed.

Transport:Transport or travelling expenses from the Company’s quarters to place of work and back. However, no such expenses will be reimbursed, if the employee does not utilize the Company’s transport provided at specified timings or avails HRA.

Medical:Free medical services available to employee in Oman with the exception of any pre-existing diseases / conditions; vision correction and dental treatment.

Gratuity:Gratuity is payable as per Oman Labour laws.  Entitlement of gratuity starts after completion of one year of continuous service.

Incentive/Bonus:You will be entitled to performance based incentive OR bonus, as per company policy.

You will be governed by rules and regulations of the Group as applicable and amended from time to time. Your role and responsibilities will be in line with the discussions our interview panel had with you and would also be communicated separately by your immediate Manager, at the time of joining.

The offer you've got is the basic - with no bells and whistles attached !

For a career beginner it is ‘okay’ (though not ‘very good’ even).

For 2 it certainly is not.

Think about it seriously before you decide.
