What are the qualifications required to be an English tutor in a reputed institute in Lima? Or does the fact that one comes from an English speaking country suffice to tech practical English?

To enter in any reputed institute of Lima, besides being almost fluent in English you need PERSONAL CONTACT.
80% of any job in Peru is given to a family member, life friend or if you are able to pay or a lover. That is the reality of that country unless you have a very specialized job and no peruvian is prepared like perfect speaking english with experience geologist, petroleum engineer, civil engineer.
