Hi there
I'm a third year medical student from Melbourne going on exchange for the year to Johor Bahru, I should be staying close to the main hospital there.
I'm wondering what to be aware of in terms of cultural differences? Dress? Eye contact? Just all the little things.
Perhaps you could describe the things that were the hardest differences to overcome? And possibly safety issues?? I keep reading about gated communities??
If you could do so that would be wonderful.
