5 good reasons for living in Bulgaria

What would it be if you had to choose 5 reasons?

no 1. cost of houses, you can buy nice Big house very cheap,
      Just bought one !!
no 2. The Bulgarian people are really nice .
no 3.  low cost of living ,a bonus compared to uk
no 4 .The country is beautiful,lovely places to go and national parks for walking etc.
no 5. Transport system, trains /buses low cost and getting better with being in the EU ,roads will get better in time .
Only thing is cant move out full time yet as work commitments in uk
Anyone got a job for me ? and I will be there LOL

1- cheep properties
2- Beautiful nature
3- 7 months sun up to 40 degrees in juli and august
4- No trafic
5- Living is very cheep here example : house taks about 10 euro -
restaurant 1 big pizza with drink 6 euro - car insurance about 70 euro for one year etc ....
