Hi,
I'm moving to Lisbon within the next 6 months, and wonder if anyone know where I can get help to prepare the paperwork for getting non habitual resident status in Portugal. I am a EU citizen and according to my research I meet all the criteria for the status.

Contact the Portuguese embassy in your country of residence. Be sure and let them know you are an EU citizen. That said, you may have to contact the Portuguese embassy in the EU country of which you are a citizen, as they may have information that is more accurate to your situation. Good luck.
