Hi All, I am trying to change profession from technician to engineer and have my degree already attested from HEC, Culture and Embassy. Problem is I'm trying to get it changed by my employer's HR who say that the new procedure to change iqama is not clear to them(some kind of test involved in SCE etc. etc.).
Has anyone got it done recently and is there a reliable agent to help if my employer doesn't find a way? Help really appreciated!

that's tottaly depend on your HR polices and they are the only one who can help you out.Because from now you are under their sponsership
Also one of my friend who have changed his ID profession by submiting his certificates to "saudi council of engineers" and after that he got the approval and got his requested ID profession as he requested.
