Call desk operator
with knowledge of Swedish or Danish, Dutch
The position will be located in: Warsaw

Responsibilities:
receive and action direct telephone, email requests for service in accordance with the Call Desk procedures, answering calls in a professional and personable manner of division in Denmark
monitor and record the response of Technicians to Help Desk requests and to ensure customer satisfaction with the service
control the administration of Planned Maintenance system, in accordance with standard procedures including the issuing and tracking of Planned Maintenance dockets
maintain database for all user's calls, status and resolution
Qualifications:
Fluent (spoken and written) one of languages: Danish, Swedish, Dutch, Finnish
Good knowledge od english
Experience in callcenter would be a great advantage
At least High school level education
Basic knowledge on Windows, MS Office
Good IT skills including MS Word, Excel, Power point and Project.
Good level of interpersonal and customer relationship skills
