How much money do I need to stay in Berlin during one year without having a job.
Because, one has to be aware of the difficulties he/she can face when moving to a new country.
Hope to find a job before I get there, or soon after getting there but if I don't I'd better know how much money do I need for one year (12 months) without a full time job.
Is the amount of 2000 Euros reasonnable ?
Thanks for your answers ;)

2,000 euros? You are joking right? That comes out to 5 euros and 48 cents per day. That probably isn't enough to cover your food, not to mention housing, transportation, and other necessities. You MIGHT be able to get by if you triple that and convince someone to let you sleep on their couch for basically nothing. Even that is only 16.44 euros per day. Unfortunately, you will need quite a bit more money if you don't find a job. But don't give up hope. Start reading on ways to find employment. Start saving like crazy. Try to build up a network of contacts in Berlin that can help you when you get there to find cheap ways to get by and, hopefully, a job.
