Morality Certificate/ Criminal Records Certificate in Saudi Arabia

In Riyadh, I just went to some big admin. bldg. in Batha.. filled in a form, they took my fingerprints electronically and I gave them a pic.

Three days later, I picked up the stamped, completed form that was translated into both English and Arabic. 

No charge.

PS. remember to bring the picture!

Did they request any other document from your embassy or consulate along with your filled application form?

Nope.  I just had to bring my passport.

I guess it's done at the ministry of foreign affairs in Jeddah... i'll find out.
