Hi everyone, I'll soon be moving to Brussels for work. I was wondering if anyone had any good ideas about what to do/see at Christmas and if anywhere was open on Christmas Day. I will be alone in a new city and wanted to plan what I will be doing.
Any suggestions would be welcome. I've done some google searches but haven't came up with much.

Brussels has a great Christmas market open right through to New Year, unlike most German markets. There are light shows, ice rink, big wheel, toboggan slope, carousels (ah you might be too big for them but lovely to look at!).
