If I enter in Dubai from other country and I want to get a residency from Abu Dhabi, Will I have a problem? or Do I have to get a residency from Dubai?
First port entry will affects other city residency?

You mean enter from another Emirate (not country, because all 7 Emirates come under one country United Arab Emirates)? UAE visa is common to all 7 emirates, no matter where you enter and where you leave from. However, question is - who is getting you the Abudhabi residency or sponsoring your resident visa in UAE? This person or company should be in Abudhabi.
