I'm a local resident living with my parents in Phnom Penh since my birth, yet it's time that I consider of moving out to live on my own. If anyone of you guys, both the foreigners and the locals have a room to share, please let me know. We can share the fee - up to 150$/m each. It's good to have a mate.
