Wikitravel page budapest - add your tips

Hey you Internet-dependent (semi) Budapestiennes with too much free time...

I started to rewrite some bits of the Wikitravel site of Budapest (it was in a bad shape), as I feel it is a little piece of service I can do to both the internet-traveller of our age and to my home town.
Perhaps some of you feel like joining?

http://wikitravel.org/en/Budapest
(Details of restaurants and such are not to be listed in the main article but in the parts in the 'Districts and quarters' section)
http://wikitravel.org/en/Budapest/Budahttp://wikitravel.org/en/Budapest/Pesthttp://wikitravel.org/en/Budapest/Castle_Hill
)

Perhaps some of you may want throw in some nice 'secret tips' you want to share with shorter-term tourists reading wikitravel? Sharing secret tips, how to get to the airport,
favourite parts of your district(s), some english (and other) speaking movies or theatres. Cafés you love (and would hate to see go bust -  b.t.w., R.I.P. my dear Odeon cinema-café), etc.

I'd think, it is a nice way to share your experience and also help your favourite off-the-beaten-track establishment to have a little more attention, while not having to be afraid of the 'lonely planet' mass-effect (as using wikitravel is still rather 'indie'). Yes, I admit that I hate to see places around me close down as it is happening now.

Just keep in mind that it is not a full wikipedia article, so brevity is a virtue for most travellers. (As I rewrote the history part, let me say to my defence: you can't begin to understand Hungary without many names/events mentioned there...)
Another thing to remember is the undetermined readership, so text should be formulated so it can be interpreted by a Saigon teenager as well as a traveller from Newcastle-upon-your-Alley in Hiddenshire, UK, of double that age (yep, internet is that old already, sigh).

Regarding technicalities: even though you can edit as a random surfer, it does pay up to make an account - logging in saves you from an 'are you really not a robot?' verification process at *every* change.
well thats all folks:-)

Or you can improve the guide right here at expat-blog....

sure... but, as far as I can see, there is nothing yet there (at this moment) whereas wikitravel is a well established website with an already useful, even if not perfect entry on Budapest. And I like the happy medium between total centralisation and total fragmentation of information, if you get my drift...
But of course, anybody is free to edit any opensource stuff, hence the name;-)

Oh, I forgot to mention, you can/should add other places in the country, if you feel like it. In fact, in any country...
