HI all,
Sorry to be a bore, but I'm moving to KL on saturday but don't know where yet. I'll be working on Jalan Bellamy near Istana Negara, and I'd like to live near. Currently thinking Bangsar or Taman Desa, but not sure about public transport options as won't have a car. I'd be grateful of any ideas!

I live around Bangsar and I know the transport around here is good but the rental is likely higher than in Taman Desa.
I believe you'll end up relying on cab services much so suggest you compare the rates on that basis.
