Id like to ask has anyone any iedas where i could get advise on Hungarian Labour Code in English? Either documentation or someone to consult (that wasnt asking for too much money!!)
I am interested in the procedure for verbal warnings, written warnings, obligations of the employer to assist, and the legally binding procedure that needs to be followed?
Any takers?!!

Labor law is vast and complicated in any country. And in Hungary it is constantly in flux, and translations take time, so details in English will probably be out of sync with current law.
But here is a PDF file that lists many place to look for information about Hungarian labor law:

There are also web sites where you can ask a question to a Hungarian attorney (some speak English).

Also while of course good to know in theory, in practice such situations involving Hungarian courts and lawyers should be avoided if at all possible, because the way these things tend to play out, everybody loses.
