Does anyone else get frustrated by the way the different real estate companies post the available properties they have? They are very slow to update them. I have seen properties listed for well over a year! I personally know of two parties that sold their properties, and they are still listed as active.
Then, it seems, they will finally be listed as sold, but reamin on the site for months and months. So, it's always the same old properties listed, but in most cases, they are not really available!
I realize there is no MLS in Ecuador, but couldn't a savy person put together a good web site that is current? Like a " Craigs List " as we have in the states? I think it would go over big, and really help the seller/ buyer.

Have you tried vive1.com for housing? Also try olx.com.ec It pretty much is craigslist for Ecuador.

Thank You for the heads up. I've pretty much been on 3 or 4 Realtors sites, and haven't seen the ones you suggested. I'll look them over.
