has anyone taken their small dog onboard (usa to ecuador) instead of shipping in the cargo hold???
What airlines are pro/which ones are con?

Lan doesnt permit ANY animal onboard 
Guayaquil is fully International (GYE)
AA goes to Guayaquil 
they do allow small dogs onboard!!!!
