Hi Ally,

Welcome to Expat-blog and to São Paulo. Having lived there myself until just recently I can tell you that it is a wonderful place to live and the expat community is very active.

There are frequent postings about meet-ups especially in the Itaim Bibi area so keep your eyes on the forum pages. Anything I can help you with please feel free to ask.

It would probably be helpful if you added a bit of a biography to the thread to let our members know a bit more about you, your interests, etc. The profile is a little vague.

Cheers,

Hello AllyPitt.

Welcome to Expat.com!

Concerning the portuguese learning, maybe you can post an advert in the Classes section (Language classes) in the Sao Paulo classifieds. It can help. :)

Thank you,
Aurélie
